A state-of-the-art RoRo vessel for the offshore wind farm industry.
Neptune Marine Projects finished the hull construction of a new 92 meter RoRo vessel, named Baltic, for Hartman Marine Shipbuilding.
The fabrication of the hull took 9 months. In the following months the vessel will be outfitted at Hartman Marine Shipbuilding in Urk, the Netherlands.
The new design anticipates to future developments within the offshore renewables industry, in which transport loads take up to 400 tons. The Baltic is the first new-build RoRo vessel in its segment to be able to transport those heavy loads through RoRo, also known as Roll-on / Roll-off.
The completion of another hull for Hartman Marine Shipbuilding is scheduled for Q4 2017.
